What is?

- As an active football team manager/coach, it was recognised that organisation of teams has always been complicated. Total Football Club (TFC) has been designed to make team admin easier.
- What was recognised as being needed, was a centralised source of information so that everyone involved can come to one place to find out the required information on their team.
- Primarily fixtures (upcoming events), results, team mates contact details and information sharing.
- The ability to share stories, match reports, documents, pictures, have forum discussions and more.
- TFC allows you to assign roles to different members within your group, allowing you to spread the work load.
- “invite users” allows you to invite your team members to the group/team by a simple email.
- What you have is an easy source for teams to do just this in one place for FREE.
- What is developing and coming in the future (and a not very distant future, I hope) is :
- the ability to automatically register your team to other peoples leagues or tournaments.
- An ability for you to find other teams on the site and challenge them to a friendly match on a click.
- For you to be able to start an open group for a pick up game and send open invitations to people in a geographical area, from a particular group or set of groups or any other demographic.
- the ability to provide a tactics board for teams.
- if there is anything else that you think the site could provide, ask and we will see if we can develop it, it’s that simple.
As it is, the sites group setup will provide :
- A centralised location for information.
- You can set users access as administrators, moderators and subscribers.
- control group access as a public access group, private invite only group or a hidden invite only group.
- group emails and notifications.
- can be set to send every day, week or whenever something is updated.
- or individual users can choose their prefered distribution of information.
- a calender of event dates to notify players of matches.
- players recieve a simple email, with which they can RSVP with “yes”, “no” or “maybe”.
- this updates the groups attendance list for the upcoming event
- google maps integration to show pitch/event locations.
- an open forum for the team to have discussions.
- live chat to meet online.
- the ability to make direct friend connections between team members, allowing you to share information and photos.
